     In order to export cargo as scheduled shipment date, please kindly prepare the following documentation for export shipment:
     *Entrusting letter between exporter and broker Foreign Exchange Management and Control Form ( original with company stamp )
     *Instrument for the collecting, verifying and writing-off of export proceeds in foreign exchange (also referred to as "verifying and writing-off instrument" for short)
     *Commercial Invoice ( original with company stamp )
     *Packing list ( original with company stamp)
     *In case that trade term is general trade, provide blue colour customs clearance sheet;
     *In case that trade term is processing with supplied material, provide green colour customs clearance sheet & improvement trade manual;
     *In case that trade term is processing with imported material, provide red colour customs clearance sheet and improvement trade manual;
     *Cargo inspection certification ( based on commodity HS code)
     *Other supervised certification ( based on related commodity sort)
     Import Customs Clerance:
     In order to pick up cargo as early as possible , please kindly provide following documention for import shipment :
     *Original endorsed ocean bill of lading( or bill of lading copy+ original company guarantee letter with company stamp )
     *Entrusting letter between importer and broker( original with company stamp)
     *Quarantine Entrusting Letter ( original with company stamp )
     *Ten digits company code for customs clearance and quarantine
     *Commercial invoice- list trade term., original of place, foreign currency payment way,commodity and cargo value etc
     *Packing list –list commodity , packing, gross weight, net weight and size etc
     *Foreign trade contract—list trade term , original of place, payment condition, commodity , cargo value and etc with signature of two parties
     *In case that buyer entrust a foreign trade agency, please provide agency agreement
     *In case that payment term is L/C, please provide import pay foreign currency form
     *In case that payment term is bonded cargo, besides above documents, please also provide company bonded manual
